Erika Eischer, the Head of the Congress Department, is in charge of developing meeting, congress and exhibition activities, the planning and implementation of marketing as well as cooperation with interest groups, and in collaboration with Tampere Convention Bureau bidding for orders for international congresses and for international cooperation within the meetings industry.

Tampere Hall is an active member of the ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association) and the AIPC (International Association of Congress Centres).
