Changes and additions to firewall settings are possible (e.g. VPN), and our technical team would be pleased to help in this matter.
All of our meeting rooms already have laptop computers equipped with an Internet connection. Fixed Internet cable connections can be arranged for any of Tampere Hall’s meeting rooms, foyers and restaurants, if you wish to have the connection for your own computer. In this case the connection must be ordered two weeks prior the event.

The wireless network is available in the foyers, our restaurant areas as well as in the meeting rooms. The service, however, is not available in the Small or and Main Auditoriums.
A user name and password are required for connecting to the wireless network, and these are sold at the Information Desk in the Entrance Hall.
These vouchers can also be ordered in advance by contacting our congress department.
Free wireless network is available at Cafe Soolo.

Local Area Network
A LAN connection of 1Gbit/s between computers is possible. Faster connections can be provided with fibre switches.
