Our Main and Small Auditoriums are fitted with an induction loop system for those with hearing aids. Those guests who seek to use the induction loop should switch their hearing aid to the T or MT position.
As with other loop systems, factors such as the layout of the seating, the location of the root and the strength of the magnetic field created by the loop mean that the quality of the reception varies slightly in different parts of the auditorium.
To ensure that guests who would like to take advantage of the loop system choose seats with optimal reception, we would certainly encourage you to mention your hearing aid when buying your tickets. Our Box Office has seating plans to help you select the best seats for you. If you use a hearing aid and seek to buy tickets online, you may like to know that previous guests who have used our loop system have been particularly impressed by the signal in rows A1-A11 and A13-A15 in the main auditorium.
Our technical team would also be more than happy to set up a temporary induction loop in other parts of the building, should you so wish.
