Our Congress Department also fully understand the need to always find new ways of making great service even better and, with this end in mind, the head of this department, Erika Eischer, is responsible for constantly improving and developing meeting, congress and exhibition activities, as well as overseeing the planning and implementation of marketing. Erika also works in partnership with the Tampere Convention Bureau in bidding for international congresses and in coordinating Tampere Hall’s wide-ranging partnership with other venues and organisations in the meetings, conference and congress industry.
