Tampere Hall’s diverse and versatile facilities mean that we are able to host events of different kinds and sizes. The nature of our venue, together with the lay-out of our various rooms, restaurants, auditoriums and halls, mean that we can easily accommodate several events at the same time or, alternatively, host a large congress with parallel sessions, an exhibition and a banquet. Our fifteen meeting rooms are modern, comfortable and welcoming and range from the exquisite VIP room catering for 24 guests, to the elegant Main Auditorium – with seats for 2000 guests.
We have worked together with clients to produce a meeting package that caters for general needs of any client, while also providing expert staff to work alongside our customers, to make sure that their every need is taken into account. The meeting package itself includes not only the room for your event, and the necessary IT and AV support and equipment that you would expect in a country at the cutting edge of global technology, but also Front-of-House services to ensure that you and your guests receive the welcome and the hospitality that you deserve. We also understand the importance of wonderful food, so the package also includes not only morning coffee and afternoon refreshments, but also a wholesome and delicious lunch provided by our catering partner, Kanresta.

Our skilled event managers work alongside each customer every step of the way, to assist them, to give guidance and advice where necessary, and, with care and devotion, to ensure the success of every event held at our venue.
The technical conference equipment and IT services on offer at Tampere Hall are of an exceptionally high quality and our approachable and knowledgeable technical personnel are always on hand to provide the organisers with expert guidance to allow them to make the most of the technology available. We can also offer lighting and projection solutions tailored for your needs and your event.
We also understand the importance of the caring, friendly and professional touch – and our Front-of-House personnel are on hand to greet every guest and to ensure that every visitor makes the most of their time at Tampere Hall. This welcoming team – notable by their blue jackets – are always on hand to ensure that nothing disrupts the smooth running of your event.
