Each and every visitor is important to us and we seek to encourage each visitor to come and enjoy our shows and concerts on a regular basis. As such, we have a Customer Loyalty Programme to not only reward those guests who attend regularly, but also to both enable us to help them to have a say in the concerts and shows we offer and also to help us further improve the services that we make available.
Members of the Customer Loyalty Programme are also the very first to find out about future events at Tampere Hall, the range of benefits that we offer and other information relating to our venue.
Each member of our Loyalty Programme receives a Loyalty card (called a KAS card), which entitles to holder to a reduction of 3.50€ on tickets for each concert marked with a star in the What’s On section of our website. In addition we also hold events for all the members of the scheme to announce our line-up for the coming season and to inform them of any other news relating to Tampere Hall.
The Loyalty card also gives the right to a 3.50€ discount on a second ticket, though the card itself can only be used by its holder.
