Jarkko Tamminen – An Evening of Song
Actor Jarkko Tamminen invites audiences to an autobiographical evening of music, where he performs personally meaningful songs with a live band—using his own voice. The setlist ranges from Elvis to Neljä Ruusua, covering genres such as rock, pop, musical theatre, schlager, and even a classical tenor aria.
After taking part in the TV singing competition Tähdet, Tähdet in spring 2023, Jarkko was frequently asked: should he sing more with his own voice? Now, he’s rising to the challenge.
Will there be impersonations? Officially no—but just like “chocolate may contain traces of nuts,” this evening may contain a touch of imitation.
These special performances will take place on just a few dates in autumn 2025.

Enjoy a buffet-style selection featuring, among other delights, locally produced cheeses, cold cuts, and mouth-watering marinated treats. Special dietary requirements are accommodated based on advance notice at the time of booking. A pre-booked seat at the antipasto table served before the performance €22.90. The table is set 1.5 hours before the performance begins on the 3rd floor of Tampere Hall. There is a bar in the space where drinks can be ordered on the spot.
