The pop-jazz sensation that bends pop classics across eras returns to Finland this spring with its new world tour, The Future Is Vintage. The internationally acclaimed ensemble will perform at Tampere Hall on April 19.
Postmodern Jukebox brings with it an entirely new show that transforms familiar hits from every decade into the aesthetic and timeless musical styles of the 1920s–1960s. Audiences can look forward to retro-inspired versions of everything from ’70s rock classics and ’80s Britpop to contemporary hits, film soundtracks, and video game music — all performed by top-tier vocalists, dancers, and a live band. Every concert is a unique journey through the history of music, filled with danceable numbers and breathtaking interpretations.
The group’s founder, arranger, and bandleader Scott Bradlee describes the vision for the tour as follows: “Amid the current AI hype, some are predicting that all the music we’ll hear in the future will be generated by artificial intelligence… We’re more than happy to bet against that claim.”
According to Bradlee, the Postmodern Jukebox 2026 tour once again features the ensemble’s highly praised lineup of singers, dancers, and instrumentalists, who bring to the stage the group’s signature time-traveling interpretations of pop music in vintage style.

Enjoy a buffet-style selection featuring, among other delights, locally produced cheeses, cold cuts, and mouth-watering marinated treats. Special dietary requirements are accommodated based on advance notice at the time of booking. A pre-booked seat at the antipasto table served before the performance €22.90. The table is set 1.5 hours before the performance begins on the 3rd floor of Tampere Hall. There is a bar in the space where drinks can be ordered on the spot.
