Meeting package

With a meeting package, organizing your event is super easy – booking, confirmation, and you’re all set!
Everything is taken care of for you in the meeting package: the space, the technology, and the catering.

You can choose from different meeting packages depending on the duration of your event and the catering you want. Whether it’s a short breakfast meeting or a full day packed with business, we have the right solution for you.

High-quality catering is part of a successful event: choose a meeting package with light coffee service, a generous brunch, or full-day catering. The day is topped off with warm and friendly customer service – the Tampere way!

MEETING PACKAGES 2026:

FULL DAY
€61 + VAT / person (€72.42 incl. VAT)
Max. 8 hours, includes lunch and two coffee breaks

HALF DAY
€53 + VAT / person (€63.04 incl. VAT)
Max. 4 hours, includes lunch and one coffee break

BRUNCH/BREAKFAST
€40 + VAT / person (€48.19 incl. VAT)
Max. 4 hours, includes a generous breakfast buffet

Prices include the mentioned catering, meeting room, presentation equipment with internet access, data projector, technical setup and support during the meeting, and supervised cloakroom.
Minimum billing for a meeting package is 25 people. Prices are valid Monday to Saturday.

Autumn 2025 meeting packages starting from €35/person, VAT 0% (includes coffee service)
Full-day meeting package €60/person, VAT 0% (includes morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon coffee)

You can also organize a carbon neutral event. Compensate for the emissions of your event to the own carbon sink of Tampere Hall.
