The project, supported by the City of Tampere’s cultural development grant, reaches its finale at the Tampere Hall Lobby Club. Come hear about the project’s insights and results—and, of course, enjoy the joy of making music together!

About the Project

Music Belongs to Everyone – Expert by Experience Panels aimed to develop and test rehabilitative and participatory music group activities for people with various functional abilities. The project also examined ethical aspects of the work, and the collected data will be used in theses that compile ethical guidelines for hospital, care, and community musicians. In addition, the project raised questions such as: who is allowed to be visible and perform, and are performance spaces truly accessible?
