Restaurant Tuhto celebrates the Moomins’ anniversary year with a special Moomin Brunch on the following dates:
- Every first Sunday of the month in spring (from the 5th of January to the 4th of May) and autumn (from the 7th of September to the 7th of December) with servings at 10 AM / 11.30 AM / 1 PM.
- On special days: Sat 19th of April, Sun 20th of April, and .4., and Sat 3rd of May, from 11 AM to 3 PM, no need to book a specific serving.
- On summer Sundays: brunches from the 29th of June to the 17th of August, from 11 AM to 3 PM, no need to book a specific serving.

The restaurants at Tampere Hall are committed to sustainability and environmental friendliness. Tampere Hall holds the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which also covers our restaurant operations.
Our restaurants are at the fifth level of the “Steps to Organic” program, meaning we consistently use at least 30 significant ingredients as organic products. We collaborate with wholesalers and local producers to source high-quality and responsibly produced ingredients.
We also utilize local food and harvests from our rooftop garden during the summer and autumn seasons. Additionally, we focus on reducing food waste and share surplus food. This way, we ensure that your dining experience at Tampere Hall is delicious, high-quality, and environmentally friendly.
