Hans Zimmer’s music is beloved around the world and has earned numerous Grammy Awards, Academy Awards (Oscars), and many other prestigious honors. To celebrate this special milestone, the internationally acclaimed orchestra Lords of the Sound, which has enjoyed great success across Europe, has prepared a unique concert program dedicated to the legendary composer.
Experience some of the most iconic themes in film music performed in spectacular symphonic arrangements, including music from:
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Gladiator
- Interstellar
- Inception
- The Lion King
- Sherlock Holmes
- and many more
The evening’s highlight will be the first-ever live performances of new musical themes from the upcoming Dune universe, complemented by music from Dune: Part One and Dune: Part Two. The program will also feature lesser-performed compositions that continue to captivate audiences time and again, including selections from The Last Samurai, No Time to Die, and The Da Vinci Code.
A professional symphony orchestra, award-winning soloists, and a choir will join forces with spectacular lighting and video effects to transport you into the worlds of some of cinema’s most beloved films.
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours, including an intermission.

For this event, the stalls (main floor seating) of the Main Hall are designated as an 18+ licensed seating area. Guests with tickets for these seats may bring beverages purchased either before the performance or during the intermission into the auditorium.
Please note that the 18-year age restriction for the licensed seating area is strictly enforced, and minors will not be admitted to this section.

Enjoy a buffet-style selection featuring, among other delights, locally produced cheeses, cold cuts, and mouth-watering marinated treats. Special dietary requirements are accommodated based on advance notice at the time of booking. A pre-booked seat at the antipasto table served before the performance €22.90. The table is set 1.5 hours before the performance begins on the 3rd floor of Tampere Hall. There is a bar in the space where drinks can be ordered on the spot. Check whether the menu is available for the performance and come enjoy!
