Sustainability is an integral part of everyday operations at Tampere Hall. Through our sustainability packages, organisers can either rely on our already high baseline level of responsible practices or further develop the sustainability, communication and overall impact of their event.

The sustainability packages are available exclusively for events organised at Tampere Hall.

For meetings, we offer two sustainability packages designed to support efficient and responsible gatherings.

• Influencer – for organisers seeking measurable impact and visible sustainability actions
• Partner – a responsible baseline solution for meetings

Corporate events and other occasions

For corporate events, celebrations and other events, the sustainability packages are tailored to the nature and objectives of the event.

• Influencer – a comprehensive package that integrates sustainability into the event and supports communication and measurable impact
• Partner – responsible practices incorporated into the event delivery

The final package content is defined according to the specific nature and requirements of each event.

Influencer or Partner – what distinguishes the packages?

Influencer

The Influencer package is designed for organisers who want sustainability to be an active and visible part of their event planning, delivery and communication.

The package may include:

• an event-specific sustainability report
• guidance for responsible event communications
• a carbon-neutral event environment and compensation of event-related emissions
• visibility opportunities through Talo Events and Tampere Hall channels
• concrete actions that support the local community
• expert guidance to support sustainability-related decisions

Partner

The Partner package builds on Tampere Hall’s established responsible practices and solutions. It is suited to organisers who want to deliver their event responsibly as part of the venue’s standard operating model.

The package typically includes:

• accessibility and safety considerations as part of the event arrangements
• a responsible event venue and established sustainability practices
• environmentally responsible catering and service solutions

What about carbon-neutral events?

Tampere Hall is an environmentally responsible event venue. Emission compensation is one of the sustainability services we offer. Emissions are compensated through Tampere Hall’s own carbon sink.

• Compensation is included in the Influencer package.
• In the Partner package, it is available as an additional service.

The sustainability packages provide a broader framework than compensation alone, also taking into account communication, reporting and the overall impact of the event.
