The Gregorian choir, who rose to worldwide acclaim with the 1999 album Masters of Chant, celebrates its 25^th anniversary with the 25 Years Masters of Chant tour. The German choir has performed in Finland for sold-out venues before, and they will return with a big ensemble in February 2025.

Gregorian has enchanted their audiences for 25 years with their choreographed performances and seamless switching of the genres from church music to pop and rock songs. Founded by Frank Peterson, the choir rose to worldwide acclaim with their 1999 debut album Masters of Chant. Since then, the choir has performed in over 35 countries and sold over 10 million albums. This world’s most successful choir has sold gold and platinum in over 24 countries.

In 2025 Gregorian will celebrate their 25^th anniversary with a new tour, presenting Gregorian classics from over the years with a large ensemble.

At the end of 2024, Frank Peterson will release a new Gregorian album featuring brand-new songs as well as new versions of well-known Gregorian classics. The idea of a Gregorian choir was born when Peterson visited the Royal Convent in San Lorenzo de El Escorial in Spain in 1989. Strolling in the Medieval monastery and castle complex while listening to modern music on his Walkman, he got the inspiration for a new sound experiment. Peterson invented the idea of mixing antique Gregorian chant with modern music.
