The legendary Leningrad Cowboys are making a comeback and returning to the stage – including a performance at Tampere Hall – after a twelve-year hiatus. Due to Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, the band has undergone changes in name and lineup: the new name is LC Cowboys, and they will be joined by the Harlem Angels as their new backing choir.
Formed in 1987, Leningrad Cowboys became an iconic part of Finnish music history with their performances alongside the Red Army Choir in the early 1990s. Before their break in 2013, the band had performed in over sixty countries with numerous concerts.
Their comeback tour, titled Tis is tö komepäk, features a lineup that includes Sakke Järvenpää along with Pauli Hauta-Aho, Okke Komulainen, Sami Järvinen, Aino Laakso, Hanna Moisala, Esa Niiva, Anna Sainila, Ville Tuomi, Timo Tolonen, Tume Uusitalo, and Varre Vartiainen.
There is no intermission.

Enjoy a buffet-style selection featuring, among other delights, locally produced cheeses, cold cuts, and mouth-watering marinated treats. Special dietary requirements are accommodated based on advance notice at the time of booking. A pre-booked seat at the antipasto table served before the performance €22.90. The table is set 1.5 hours before the performance begins on the 3rd floor of Tampere Hall. There is a bar in the space where drinks can be ordered on the spot. Check whether the menu is available for the performance and come enjoy!
