The concert will feature unforgettable songs from the legendary guitarist’s solo career, as well as tracks from Genesis that have become the cornerstones of popular music.
British guitarist Steve Hackett, also inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, will perform at Tampere Hall. The upcoming tour’s setlist will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Genesis’s The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway album.
Hackett’s timeless and stylish guitar playing shaped Genesis’s entire 1970s catalog, and he has previously brought several of these albums to life with his world-class band with critically acclaimed performances. Fans’ wish to hear songs from The Lamb have been heard, and what better way to celebrate the album’s half-century than to perform its gems live.
Hackett will be joined on the tour by his talented band, which includes keyboardist Roger King, vocalist Nad Sylvan, bassist Jonas Reingold, wind instrument and keyboard player Rob Townsend, and drummer Felix Lehrman.
The concert duration is approximately 1.5 hours, with no intermission.
The concert has an age restriction of 18+.
