The sixth Tampere Flute Fest celebrates fantasy and imagination – come along on an adventure!
The Tampere Flute Fest will take place from Friday to Sunday, April 24–26, 2026.
This year’s festival theme, “Fantasy,” invites listeners into a fascinating world where the flute can be anything – imagination is the only limit! The concert programs combine refined Baroque melodies with bold innovations in contemporary music, interpreted by international flute artists.
On Friday, April 24, the events will be held in the Satamakatu Hall of TAMK, in cooperation with the music education program of Tampere University of Applied Sciences. On Saturday, April 25, events will take place both in the Satamakatu Hall and at Tampere Hall, with the evening concert held at Finlayson Church. On Sunday, April 26, the events will be held at Tampere Hall.
