Rows 12–17 in the Small Auditorium are designated as a K18 area (18+ only). A quarter of a century ago, Finnish pop favourites Teleks spread their wings. Their song Siivet found its way into listeners’ hearts and marked the beginning of a journey filled with unforgettable songs, powerful emotions and countless encounters.
In Teleks’ music, melancholy and hope go hand in hand. Their songs tell stories of love, longing, departures and homecomings – those moments when life feels most real.
“Thank you, dear friends, for making Siivet part of your lives! It’s been 25 years since then, and in some ways it feels like yesterday, while in others it feels like a lifetime ago. That song and the journey it set us on mean so much to us. Although we’re heading out on an anniversary tour this spring to look back on the past, I promise that our best days are still ahead of us,” says the band’s lead singer and songwriter Pepe Johansson.
On their Siivet 25th Anniversary Tour, Teleks return to the heart of their music. Audiences can look forward to familiar classics, new melodies and stories spanning 25 years. The concerts will feature all the band’s most beloved songs, including Tuulilasin nurkkaan, Hiljaa virtaa Vantaa, Kotimatkalla and Tyttö joka katsoo merelle.
Today, Teleks is a four-piece band consisting of Pepe Johansson, drummer Sampo Haapaniemi, bassist Janne Rajala and guitarist Tatu Kemppainen. The band’s latest album, Tuuli joka tarttuu siipiin, was released in 2026.

Enjoy a buffet-style selection featuring, among other delights, locally produced cheeses, cold cuts, and mouth-watering marinated treats. Special dietary requirements are accommodated based on advance notice at the time of booking. A pre-booked seat at the antipasto table served before the performance €22.90. The table is set 1.5 hours before the performance begins on the 3rd floor of Tampere Hall. There is a bar in the space where drinks can be ordered on the spot. Check whether the menu is available for the performance and come enjoy!
