Pre-order refreshments for your event
Complete your event experience with delicious refreshments before the performance or during the interval. Order in advance to avoid queuing at the venue.
New: Buy tickets and refreshments together
Make sure your preferred refreshments are available by ordering in advance. There are two ways to order. Online orders must be placed by 6 pm on the day before the concert. You can view the refreshments available for each event when ordering.
Both options also allow you to purchase tickets and other services in the same transaction.

- Find the event you would like to order refreshments for in our event calendar.
- On the event page, click the “Buy tickets” button to open the online shop.
- Select “Refreshments” on the page that opens and proceed with your order. You can choose refreshments for before the performance or during the interval.

Ordering refreshments in person and by phone
Ordering in person
You can also order refreshments at our box office no later than the day before the performance.
You can also enquire about refreshments at Restaurant Fuuga on the second floor one hour before the event begins.
To ensure your preferred refreshments are available and to avoid queuing at the venue, we recommend ordering in advance from our online shop.

You can also order refreshments for before the concert or during the interval by calling +358 50 388 7155, Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Refreshments in licensed seating areas
In licensed seating areas, you can take your drink to your seat
If a performance has a licensed seating area, you can enjoy a drink at your seat. Please note that you must have a ticket for a seat in the licensed area to take a drink into the auditorium. Licensed seating areas are restricted to guests aged 18 and over.
How to buy drinks to enjoy during the performance
Drinks are available before the performance and during the interval, if there is one, at the following locations:
- First floor: Haru counter and Restaurant Tuhto
- Second floor: Restaurant counters
If you would like to enjoy your drink in the auditorium, please always ask for a disposable cup. Glass bottles and drinking glasses are not permitted in the auditorium. You may purchase more than one drink at a time.
When to buy your drinks
The sales counters are closed during the performance.
If the performance has no interval, we recommend buying your drinks before it begins.
If there is an interval, you can also buy drinks then.
