Vesala returns from a long live hiatus with the biggest concert hall tour of her career

After making a highly anticipated return to her solo career following a break of over three years, Vesala will embark on her most extensive concert hall tour across Finland this autumn, arriving at Tampere Hall on December 13. The Laulumailla tour offers an intimate atmosphere, bringing listeners closer to the artist than ever before. The concerts will feature Vesala’s most beloved songs as well as pieces she has written for other artists.

“This autumn I’ll finally be touring concert halls across Finland again! I invite you to wander into my ‘songlands.’ I’ve long dreamed of creating a more intimate and informal concert experience. We’ll perform many of the audience’s favorite softer songs, new arrangements from my solo work, and each night also some songs I’ve written for other artists. I’ll guide us through the songs by sharing stories about them and their backgrounds. Let the music be born from sorrow—but also from joy and excitement! It’s going to be wonderful,” Vesala says about the tour.

One of Finland’s most respected artists, Vesala’s music combines artistic integrity with widely loved hits that reach large audiences through both radio and streaming platforms. Her sensitive comeback single Sellaista kuin sä was performed live on the day of its release during the The Voice of Finland semifinals, reaching a million-strong audience.

Known as a multi-talented artist, Vesala’s latest release before her long hiatus was her third album Näkemiin melankolia, whose major hit Pahanilmanlinnut received extensive radio play and has surpassed platinum-level streaming figures. She was last seen on stage during the 2024 PMMP tour, which included two sold-out stadium shows. Before that, she captivated audiences throughout her solo career in concert halls, festivals, and arenas. In spring 2020, Vesala received the Emma Award for Live Act of the Year for her first solo concert at Hartwall Arena.

Boxes A and B in the Main Auditorium are designated as 18+ licensed areas. Guests with tickets for these seats may bring drinks purchased before the show or during the intermission into the auditorium. Please note that the age limit of 18 in these areas is strictly enforced, and minors are not permitted.
