Dallapé has turned countless songs by Finnish songwriters into evergreen classics and brought the international hits of their time to domestic audiences. The great names of Finnish orchestral entertainment, from Bruno Laakko to Georg Malmstén, and from Kauko Käyhkö to Rauno Lehtinen, have been the backbone of Dallapé. Not to mention Olavi Virta, who also served as the orchestra’s guitarist and lead vocalist. 

In 2010, Juha Hostikka, who studied singing at the Sibelius Academy and saxophone at the Oulunkylä Pop/Jazz Conservatory, took over as the conductor and lead vocalist of the orchestra, bringing Dallapé Orchestra back to its 1930s glory.

Carefully crafted light orchestra arrangements and swinging music are trademarks of Dallapé. The anniversary concert will feature evergreen favorites such as:

The finely tuned 11-piece orchestra will perform beloved light music from the entire history of the band. The concert promises to be an unforgettable evening of swinging and nostalgic music!
