Händel: Messiah

European music styles polymath Georg Friedrich Händel combined all his skills, resulting in the masterpiece oratorio Messiah. It combines the best features of German passion, English church music, and Italian opera. Chief conductor Matthew Halls and a cast of top soloists conclude the autumn season concerts with perhaps the most excellent and beautiful church composition in baroque music.

The concert is part of the orchestra’s subscriber series, which will be held in Tampere Cathedral.
The concert includes an intermission. No Pre-concert talk or childcare.
Please note that there are no seat numbers in the church, and some seats may have obstructed views.
