Frequently asked questions

The cloakroom costs EUR 3 (free for children under 12) and you can pay by cash or card.

For safety reasons, coats and large bags must be left in the cloakroom in the main lobby or placed in a locker.

The lengths of ballet and opera performances are given in the events calendar on our website, but concerts may end up running longer or finish earlier than expected depending on the artist and the nature of the concert. As we do not know the exact length of each concert, we cannot provide an estimate on our website or in our brochures. The estimated length of each concert is shown on the information screen in the main lobby on the night of the concert, but this may also change during the evening.

Our wheelchair-accessible entrances are the main doors and the courtyard entrance.

You should arrive well before the start of the concert to have enough time to make it to the second-floor foyer without rushing. Depending on the event and the schedule, our porters may let you into the venue before the rest of the audience.

We aim to open the doors approximately 20 minutes before the start of each concert.

As a rule, photographing, filming or recording concerts is forbidden, unless otherwise agreed.

Our baby-changing room can be found in the main lobby on the ground floor; ask the porters to open the door for you.

There is free WiFi in the foyers; ask at the service desks in the main lobby for the password.
